I ordered a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas. Placed the order 10 days before, with stated shipping as 2-5 day’s expedited. Didn’t ship until days before Christmas and arrived a week after. If that was the only problem I would have been ok. When it did arrive, the necklace was just placed in the small box and not properly placed in the holder to keep it nice. The necklace was then tangled upon itself. With the chain so small there are still knots I’m unable to get out, after working on it for hours
